Dates are secured exclusively upon execution of the commission agreement and receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer. Because commissions are strictly capped, dates cannot be held pending inquiries.
Ramone Wynter maintains absolute artistic and directorial oversight regarding lighting, color science, shot composition, and final curation to ensure adherence to Arrdublu campaign standards.
In the event of postponement, Arrdublu will make reasonable accommodations to transfer retainer credit to a mutually available alternate date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Final deliverables are hosted on secure private servers for 24 months, with master digital archives maintained in the Arrdublu secure vault indefinitely.
